Welcome to Prestige Global Travel<\/strong>. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. By confirming a reservation with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

1. Rates & Pricing<\/h2>\n

    Rates are subject to change depending on the date of safari confirmation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    In the event of a change in the value of the USD by more than 5% (through devaluation or currency fluctuation), Prestige Global Travel reserves the right to increase the specified rates proportionately.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Should there be any change in Government taxes, Prestige Global Travel reserves the right to adjust the rates accordingly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Booking & Payment Policy<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Overseas Bookings<\/strong>: A non-refundable deposit of 50%<\/strong> of the reserved accommodation cost is required at least 25 days prior<\/strong> to the first day of intended occupation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Local Bookings<\/strong>: A non-refundable deposit of 50%<\/strong> of the reserved accommodation cost is required at least 20 days prior<\/strong> to the first day of intended occupation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      All bookings must be confirmed not later than 2 months prior<\/strong> to the arrival date.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      The remaining balance is payable 20 days before the arrival date<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Deposits may be applied towards accommodation changes or cancellation fees, as applicable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n

      • \n

        50\u201321 days prior to arrival<\/strong>: 15% of the total quotation will be charged.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        20\u201310 days prior to arrival<\/strong>: 30% of the total quotation will be charged.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        10\u20131 day prior to arrival (including No-Show)<\/strong>: 100% of the total quotation will be charged.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. General Terms<\/h2>\n

          All deposits are non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Prestige Global Travel is not liable for changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including government regulations, natural events, or currency fluctuations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
