Day 1: Exploring Jinja<\/h5>

Pick you up from your hotel and hit the road for Jinja City. We pick you up from your place of residence as early as 8:00 A.M. and travel to Jinja. Our first stopover is the Sezibwa Falls. Sezibwa Falls is a 45-minute drive from Kampala and is located on Jinja Road after Mukono town. It is a wonderful place for a nature walk, birding, picnics, a limited hike to the top of the falls, and the cultural worship grounds with their lush greenery, suitable for camping with the sound of the falls in the background. After Sezibwa falls we proceed to the Mabira Forest walk, which starts from form the Mabira rain forest lodge. During this walk one gets to view and appreciate the lush greenery growing luxuriantly and hear the most authentic bird songs and sounds as they chatter in the top and canopies of this rain forest and if fortunate one get to see the elusive monkeys. Proceed with After the nature walk in the Mabira forest we pass via the Owen Falls Dam and then proceed to Jinja town for lunch. Apart from the delicious meals, Jinja town possesses one of the best views of the source of the Nile and the railway. After lunch, take a short tour around Jinja town, we start from the Jinja railway stations and see the railway line that connects Uganda to Kenya and view the diesel locomotives. We proceed to the Hindu temple which has a bronze statue of Gandhi and visit the golf course which possesses a very beautiful view of the Nile and Lake Victoria. To end day one activities we go for a boat ride to visit the actual point where the source of the River Nile starts from and view the Speke monument where John Speke stood when he discovered the source of the longest river in the world. Also get to see a number of water birds in the isolated tiny islands on the lake and then board the car driver to our hotel for overnight at Gately on the Nile Hotel.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Day 2: Water Rafting on River Nile Kalagala Falls Jinja<\/h5>

After breakfast and briefing, all participants will be transferred to the banks of the river Nile, Whitewater rafting is a great spot that teaches how to remain calm under great pressure. The opportunity to do whitewater rafting from the longest river on earth is amazing. The river Nile has been a source of water for several civilizations. Whitewater rafting in Jinja takes you in the middle of the river Nile while passing through chaotic and turbulent rapids. The Nile rapids in Jinja are graded 4 and 5 and offer the best whitewater rafting experiences in Africa. The rapids flow with more volume and power than those in river Zambezi. Although the recent construction of the Bujagali and Isimba dams have led to the destruction of some of the Grade five rapids like Namizi, The Bad Place and Kyabirwa, whitewater rafting remains intact.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Day 3: Bungee Jumping and Quad Biking<\/h5>

If you\u2019re looking for a heart-pumping thrill, bungee jumping into the Nile might just be the activity for you. This adrenaline-fueled adventure involves diving into the Nile from a high platform and rebounding off the water. It\u2019s not for the faint of heart, but those who dare to take the plunge often find it an unforgettable experience. If you\u2019re visiting Jinja and want to try something truly memorable, bungee jumping into the Nile might be worth considering. Later proceed for Quad biking. All-Terrain Vehicle Quad biking along the River Nile taking in the sights and the local cultures as you ride through various villages. Visitors to Jinja find this an exhilarating experience.
