Welcome to Prestige Global Travel. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. By confirming a reservation with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Rates & Pricing

Rates are subject to change depending on the date of safari confirmation.

In the event of a change in the value of the USD by more than 5% (through devaluation or currency fluctuation), Prestige Global Travel reserves the right to increase the specified rates proportionately.

Should there be any change in Government taxes, Prestige Global Travel reserves the right to adjust the rates accordingly.
2. Booking & Payment Policy

Overseas Bookings: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the reserved accommodation cost is required at least 25 days prior to the first day of intended occupation.

Local Bookings: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the reserved accommodation cost is required at least 20 days prior to the first day of intended occupation.

All bookings must be confirmed not later than 2 months prior to the arrival date.

The remaining balance is payable 20 days before the arrival date.

Deposits may be applied towards accommodation changes or cancellation fees, as applicable.
3. Cancellation Policy

50–21 days prior to arrival: 15% of the total quotation will be charged.

20–10 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total quotation will be charged.
-
10–1 day prior to arrival (including No-Show): 100% of the total quotation will be charged.
4. General Terms

All deposits are non-refundable.

Prestige Global Travel is not liable for changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including government regulations, natural events, or currency fluctuations.
